When you book with us, you don’t just get one space—you get options. Our property includes two beautifully distinct venue buildings: the front-facing Stone Creek and the tucked-away gem, The Grove, located just behind it. Both venues offer indoor and outdoor options, giving you four total spaces to choose from for your event setup.
The indoor spaces are designed with high, exposed-beam ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and spacious layouts perfect for receptions, dinners, and dancing.

We’re proud to offer Lubbock’s only Halo Light—a stunning circular lighting feature that creates a magical ambiance for your most important dances. Whether it’s a first dance, a father-daughter moment, or a spotlight entrance, the Halo Light surrounds you in soft, twinkling illumination that makes every photo unforgettable.

Add a bold and beautiful statement to your celebration with our oversized marquee letters. Choose from options like MR & MRS, LOVE, or customize with your initials or event name. These glowing letters light up your venue with personality and charm—perfect for photo ops and creating a focal point for your décor.

Open Bar – Enjoy 5 hours of open bar service for up to 200 guests. Additional hours and guests can be accommodated with a custom quote. Licensed TABC bartender on staff.

Dancing Light-Up Robots – Add high-energy entertainment to your event with our glowing, dancing robots! Perfect for grand entrances, dance floor hype, and unforgettable photo ops. They bring a fun, electric atmosphere that guests of all ages will love. Included with select packages or available as an upgrade. -
Indoor and Outdoor Areas – Choose between two elegant buildings—Stone Creek or The Grove—each with both indoor halls and outdoor courtyards. That’s four unique settings to choose from!
Table Setup – Up to 200 guests: tables, chairs, linens, overlays/runners included. Additional fees apply for extra tables. Cake table, gift table, and toast station also provided.
Wooden Backdrops – Choose from Rectangle, Circle, or Octagon shapes for your head table or cake area.
Venue Access – Full-day access from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. with one hour to clean and exit by midnight. Rehearsal hour included the week of the event.
Cleaning & Trash – We take care of the heavy lifting. You clean off tables—we handle the rest. -
Decorations Room – Access to over 6000 pieces of curated event décor for centerpieces, backdrops, florals, and more.
In-House Planners – Meet with our team up to two times before your big day to go over design and logistics.
Backdrop Options – Choose from gold or silver sequin backdrops or unique wooden structures.
Champagne Wall – A beautiful display to elevate your toast and wow your guests. -
Event Attendant – A dedicated staff member onsite throughout your event.
Licensed TABC Bartenders & Security Guard – Included for most guest counts; required at an additional cost for larger events (over 200 guests).
Vendors – Outside vendors must be licensed. We recommend our trusted catering, DJ, photographer, and décor partners for the best results.
